We all have many opportunities daily to either be kind and good to someone or to be callous to their needs and ignore them. What we choose to do determines our level of our own blessings. God's Word clearly teaches us that when we are kind and generous toward others, our good deeds return to bless us. You can't be happy and selfish at the same time. Be on the lookout for the needs of others and take action to help them. Whether they need a smile, a hug, and encouraging word, or some kind of help that will require your time or money. Be ready to help! As you do, you will benefit yourself.
