One key to effective prayer it to focus on the needs of others. There are so many people we know that need our prayers. We even see post all over social media with people requesting prayer. I even see tons of post with people replying "praying." If you have ever commented this, did you really stop what you were doing and sincerely pray for that person? People have all kinds of needs, and they need our prayers. God wants us to pray for one another with sincere love and compassion. When we pray for other people we are sowing seeds that will bring a harvest in our own lives. The next time you see someone who ask you to pray for them, stop right where you are and pray for them in that moment, even if you standing in the middle of the grocery store. Make other people a priority. Don't just say you are praying, really stop and do it.
