For my thoughts are not your thoughts and neither are your ways my ways.

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion.

Depart from evil and do good, seek, inquire for and crave peace and pursue it.

There are those who speak rashly, like the piercing of a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.

Therefore, The promise is the outcome of faith and depends on faith in order that it might be given as an act of grace.

Create in me a clean heart O God, and renew a right spirit within me.

Encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.

I am looking and waiting for the Lord more than watchman for the morning.  I say, more than watchman for the morning.

Be alert and of sober mind, Your enemy the devil prowls around like a lion looking for someone to devour.
