Cast all your cares upon Him, because He cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7
God invites us to cast all our cares upon Him. It's doesn't say cast some of your cares, it says cast ALL your cares. Meaning, all of your worry, fear, anxiety and stress. It's amazing at how much easier things are if we do them without the stress that we normally carry in our souls. When we truly give it to God and do what this verse says, we are on our way to having a healthier soul. When we have rest in our souls, we have an internal peace that only God can give.
